That time of month can be very painful and debilitating for many women, whether it’s a couple days before, the day of, or the full length of your cycle. The pelvic floor weakens due to hormonal imbalances, causing increased tension and pain in the lower back, lower abdomen, hip and sometimes, legs. This slow, restorative flow focuses on only several poses held for approximately 5 minutes each to use your breath to control your pain, and teach you how different positions can either heighten or reduce your pain.
