Strong feet are happy feet! Our feet carry us so much throughout the day, but they don’t get the proper TLC they deserve. Because so much of our day is spent wearing footwear, or socks at home, train your feet in a barefoot position to correct your arch, alleviate tiredness, and improve mobility and stability. This flow helps you achieve just that!
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
Blanket/towel
Chair for balance exercise if needed
