So much of the stress and anxiety we carry during the day should leave us before we hit our head on the pillow at night. This flow will teach you to unwind and destress as a mechanism of clearing the mind, slowing your breath, and calming your body to help you sleep better at night. And allow it to fully reset for the next day.
