The low back is one of the most common areas of pain and tightness in the body, and so much of that is because we sit down a great deal during the day. Your lumbar spine is meant to be a stabilizing joint, and yet we move it more than it should. The more you move a stable joint, the less stable it becomes and more pain it creates! This flow will teach you first how to loosen up any tension in your spine and then provide exercises for core stability.
