Yoga For Upper Body Stability
Yoga Flows For Each Joint

13m
Think of how much your arms, hands, elbow and shoulders carry you throughout the day to function. Stability in the upper body comes primarly from the shoulder blade, and this yoga flow teaches you exericses to build that stability your body needs. Stabilization exercises fatigue your body faster than strengthening one muscle group because an entire kinetic chain is being used. Be mindful of your body while doing this flow, make modifications as necessary or take breaks if needed! The wide straddle plank with shoulder taps can be progressed with your back completely straight without needing to raise your hips or shift to one side. Always listen to your body and move based on how the body feels, not how a pose is supposed to look.
